Positives: Some staffs were nice and friendly. Free breakfast and free parking. Starbucks in front of hotel. Near highway. Hotel has washing machine and dryer. Theres a gym available too.
Negatives: Second floor smells bad the minute you step out of the elevator. Even our room on the second floor had a bad smell. They should open the windows to vent the air out. Lastly during the pandemic, Hilton used to seal each room that been sanitized,dont stop

Positives: Very poorly run hotel, we have stayed on 8/21 when it just opened. There were all kinds of glitches at the time, the manager upgraded us to a suite for all the headaches.Of the two elevators only one was operational.
Negatives: Spoke to one of the staff in confidence and told us the management is experiencing financial difficulties, and the hotel is clearly neglected. The staff is underpaid, and morale is low. The nicest person is the lady setting up breakfast everyday.

Positives: Brand new hotel. Bed was the most uncomfortable Ive slept on in a while. Hampton has nothing on Holiday Inn Express! Hard as a rock and sheets were not comfortable .
