THE LOBBY WAS LOCKED WHEN WE GOT THERE. TOOK FOREVER TO FIND SOMEONE. THEY WERE IN THEIR ROBE IN A ROOM. ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. THINGS WERE BROKEN, DIRTY, RUSTY. SECURITY LOCK ON DOOR WAS BROKEN OFF BUGS, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES

When I booked the motel I pay my price including breakfast but when I get in the morning & went to the breakfast room the door was close & their was no breakfast when I asked the staff member they said manager decide if their is enough people.

I stay at this hotel often, when I come to town. The staff is usually friendly, but this time the clerk checking me in was very rude. To the point that I will not stay there again.

We arrived very late at night.Room had used soda cans,water bottles and soap in the shower. Everytime you used the restroom there was roaches.Floor was sticky.Tried to talk to manager but she was talking to the cops about another guest

Room full of bugs and flies. Had to use the towel to get rid of them. The receptionist left her post and customers have to wait for over 25 minutes before she came back from breakfast. Could not even apologize. Office was left open.

Cockroaches. Husband went down to breakfast in the morning and there was a cockroach crawling across the table.
