Breakfest pancake machine needed maintanence. Everything was sort of just overrunned and dirty. Sausage was overcooked. Coffee was good though.
Negatives:
The location was more under construction than I anticipated and the rooms were just a bit janky with poor craftsmanship installing various things like the tolietpaper roll holder or towel handel or the sink plug. There was also a continuous dog barking the whole time at the noisy contruction.

Overcharged upon arrival, but staff cancled the extra room immediately, however a refund to our acct is still pending after 5 days.
Had to change rooms because of damp and mold
Shower was broken in second handicap room,we let staff know

Have stayed before in March,but for our Anniversary this Sept we really didn't receive the proper service....We almost changed hotels
