Hotel was pretty clean, no bugs, and free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us check in early. For Myrtle Beach the price was not that bad for two nights in something that's clean. We went to just get away for a couple of days and to do back to school shopping. This hotel is located right across from the Outlets.(If you want something close to the beach this is not it.) Room booked was a king with a sofa bed for me,my husband, and two teenagers. Would book again.
Negatives:
Maybe repainting walls and trim from the normal wear and tear. With the breakfast maybe have scramble eggs instead of egg omelets.

The washing machine and dryer broke down because it was full of change. Maintenance couldn't fix it because the manager took the keys home and wasn't returning until two days later. So, the hotel guest had to suffer and go to outside resources to do laundry. It was a major inconvenience because I chose that hotel because it had a laundry facility. Because of the big sports event, my kids were happening that weekend, and I needed to wash the jerseys. The manager made it difficult and cost me extra gas money to use outside resources late hours of the night. The staff on duty that weekend was great and went above and beyond and contacted the sister hotel to ask if I could use their laundry facility. They really step up since the manager screwed up.
