The indoor pool is the "draw"/reason I booked there (as I did last yr at this same time)& it did not disappoint.
Also the GM was very helpful with my "check in" however I'm just now noticing that on my "guest folio" there's definitely an incorrect (home/perm) "address" for me! It has me living in Amsterdam and I've never traveled to there, ever.
Negatives:
My friend noticed "a bug" while she was packing up to leave and it fell to the floor but evidently she missed "squashing" it on the floor with her shoe. Also the pull handle (which was a "faux" pull) on the bathroom sink was found half dangling our 2nd am. If it came "unhinged" with my friend's inadvertent use, I was not aware of this.

The desk clerk was extremely helpful with general questions of the area. No complaints with the room and I had a great nights sleep on the bed which was extremely comfortable. In my opinion the breakfast area had adequate options to suit most travelers.

When we walked in the room smelled good, was clean, and the room was spacious for my family. Breakfast area was clean and the employees running it took care to take sure everyone was accommodated. The pool area was nice and clean. And the employees running the front desk were very helpful and always friendly!!

Staff, availability, location. Staff was nice and helpful with any request. Location is close to family that we came to visit. Rooms were large enough to support the number of people we brought.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasn't all that good and ran out frequently and showers ran out of hot water and little pressure. Understand the desire to be "green" but a little too much on the showers.
