Beds were comfortable and breakfast options were ok. The ladies who checked us in were pleasant.

When checking in, I was told we could have a 1pm checkout and that they would leave a note for day shift. Received a call at 12:15pm the next day saying that checkout was at noon, there was no note about the late checkout request, and that we had 15 minutes to leave. My husband went up to the front desk to get information on who checked us in so we could leave a review. The manager, Marcy Versteeg, refused to look in the system for any information, instead she asked my husband if the lady who checked us in was tall or short. My husband told her he had to ask me. When he turned to walk away, the manager turned to a coworker and said "I don't give two shits if he calls corporate." When my husband turned around to confirm that he heard this, she disappeared behind the wall and refused to talk to him. As I was bringing my belongings out to the car, one of the housekeepers said "See you, wouldn't want to be you." As we were leaving, we stopped and tried apologizing to the housekeeping staff. The assistant manager accused me of lying, saying that there's no way we would have been given that late of a checkout because she wouldn't have approved it. I have never felt more disrespected at a hotel. On top of it, there were obvious stains on the carpet in the room we were given and the paint on the walls was peeling. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want a decent stay.
