Positives: The ease of booking online. Which turned out to be my mistake

Negatives: I didn't like walking into my toom and seeing dead bug shells on the floor before I even got to the bed. After looking at the mattress there were tons of BEDBUGS. Not to mention the bad smell and holes in the ceiling. All of the people randomly standing around outside smoking and drinking wasn't a pleasant sight walking in either. Then when I confronted the staff they said last time thos happened we just refunded them. We'll since I booked the room on booking.com both places are passing the blame back and forth and I'm just out the money for 2 rooms because nobody will refund my money. On the positive side holiday inn down the street was very friendly, let us look for bugs before booking and even had free breakfast... such a disappointment on a storms night dealing with super 8 a d booking.com

Positives: Great location. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Best service I received on my road trip. Well lit parking lot and very clean. Customers all felt like fellow travellers no sketchy characters hanging about. Beds felt newer and were very comfortable.
