Positives: Very nice, good location.

Negatives: There were a lot of small cosmetic things. Sheets were on inside out and hanging off the bed. There was a bug trap under the couch bed that looked as if it hasn’t been changed in a long time. Th breakfast wasn’t good at all.

Positives: The hotel was close to major highways and Lookout Mountain & Ruby Falls. The rooms were nice and the price was great compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast food was good. Staff was friendly.

Negatives: While not a horrible thing, there was no hot tub at the pool and the pool could have been heated more. Also, breakfast got very crowded and the line for food got long or they ran out of food a few times so people had to wait. This was more because the hotel was full because of people travelling for holidays and the time you went for breakfast. Staff tried to keep up with keeping the food stocked.

Positives: We liked that it was near Ruby Falls and that it was in close proximity of restaurants and a Walmart. The rooms was fairly large to accommodate our group and we also liked that the rooms had connecting doors to each other.

Negatives: The place could use some TLC. The ac/heater unit was rusty and there was lot of fuzz in there. Bathroom had a wobbly toilet set, and the tub had rusty screws where handles and trays used to be. Customer service could be a little better. Asked for a baby crib and was told they don’t have them anymore due to safety reasons. I have never had an issue anywhere else when it comes to cribs. Maybe they should update that on their website or something.

Positives: The breakfast was ok the size of the room was nice.

Negatives: The floor was oily and dirty in the room. My wife went to the front desk and asked for someone to clean it. The lady at the front desk tried to hand my wife a towel and some spray. The lady said she was the only one working. Eventually the lady showed up to the room and moped it but she had an attitude and it was still nasty after she left.
