Positives: The price. I've stayed here several times and was very thankful that the children that are usually running or riding bikes at all hours were not there.

Negatives: The employee at check-in. She started out very rude, but did get a little better after getting us checked-in.

Positives: The staff was very nice and friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was decently clean, except for there were blood stains on sheets prior to me checking in. I dont know if I just would not come out in the wash or what, but it was not good

Negatives: Room needed some TLC. Water spots all over ceiling, Sheetrock tape and paint falling on bathroom ceiling over bathtub. Floor creaks with every step. Lack of towels and toilet paper

Negatives: The location wasn't the best. Most of the attractions are through the outrageous traffic to get back to the Chattanooga area. They lock the pool at night which is where the vending is. Even with an early check in request you still can't get in till 4.

Positives: Room was very clean.

Negatives: Water pressure in shower wasn't very good. The toilet moved and hit the wall every time you used it. We stayed three nights and not once did they clean the room or bring towels and wash cloths. Bed was noisy every time you get up.
