Simple and easy with friendly...

The room is dirty, there are cockroaches. The microwave and coffee maker did not work. The heating was not set up. Despite the do not disturb sign, the cleaner entered the room.

When I got in my room, I noticed that the desk, coffee table, TV cabinet and Nightstands all had crumbs on them. Something sticky on the desk. There Was a used soap on the bathroom sink. I went down and talked to a guy downstairs and he came up with cleaner and a cloth. Cleaned the sink, counters, and all of the surfaces in the main room. He insisted the room had been cleaned already. Late that night after I got back to the room, I saw roaches on the floor. The next morning when I woke up, there was some in the bathroom and when I looked back at my bed, there was one crawling across the bed. I thought I took video of it, but I Didn’t have it on record. At checkout, I told the girl downstairs but I don’t know if she couldn’t understand English or if she just didn’t care I asked to see the owner but she said he was not there. I was so disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel many many times. I will no longer stay there.
