Positives:
The room was comfortable and clean. I had left my gold wedding band in the bathroom. I went back the following day and spoke to the cleaning team (Max and Jessy) and they immediately told me yes they had it and within a couple minutes I was wearing it again.

When I called LA Quinta Sunday night the 12th of May to inquire about my ring explaining where I left it the young man that answered the phone kept trying to give me 101 reasons why they may not have it. Like well if it was on the floor it may not have been noticed. I explained that would not have happened unless they vacuum the tub. I told him I would be very disappointed if my ring wasn't turned in. Instead of saying I will check with the housekeeper, could I have your phone number so I contact you after I talk to them, no he hung up the phone on me. I did not spend 451.00 for two nights to be treated so rudely
