Positives: Location was central to where we needed to be. Room was completely accessible for a wheelchair and decor was nice. having coffee in the room was a plus

Negatives: The whole facility was being renovated and was still in progress. The end result will be nice but in the future it should be listed on the website that they are in construction. Also, my second room didn't have coffee. it is next to impossible for some people to climb the stairs to the lobby for coffee. having a single coffee maker in rooms would be an added bonus.
