The location was great. Close to everything with just a short drive.
Negatives:
The hotel wasn't very guest friendly, The bar didn't open til 530, and the cleaning staff didn't come to the room, there was no ice kn the floor, you had to go to the lobby and get bags of ice. The room was very small for 3 people. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was nice! Very inviting. They had a wonderful singer singing when you walked in, and a lot of comfortable chairs, couches to sit on. They also had a bar & a pool table in the same open area. Very neat layout. The staff was exceptionally friendly

I really loved the live music in the lobby, it provided a great atmosphere and as a single female traveller, I felt the lobby was intimate and I was happy to sit there by myself and enjoy a drink and the music. The staff were all very happy and provided friendly and efficient service. I also really loved the self service snack area - what a great idea :)
Negatives:
Both computers in the business centre were not working and I needed to print a document, luckily the reception desk was able to help.
