Positives: This hotel was disgusting. We checked in and ended up leaving. The shower was nasty. The rails in the bathroom hung to the floor. The whole place smelled like weed. The guy next door had a pit bull who growled at us coming in the door.

Positives: Nice sized room and a Perkins Restaurant across the busy street through the construction!
Negatives: Dirty and even though construction going on in hotel and on road outside it was difficult to get in and out of parking lot.

Negatives: The vanity sink leaked horribly and there was no hot water to it. The kitchen area faucet sprayed water everywhere, the door to the bedroom areas did not close all the way because it was crooked which was important to us due to having two dogs that needed to be separated, the whole reason for booking a king suite. I asked for the linens to be changed the morning of the third day which was not done when we got back late that day. Breakfast choices were toast, waffles, cereal, instant oatmeal, or refrigerated packaged boiled eggs

Negatives: I booked this hotel for a wedding guest and thought it was nice because of the location but the guest read the reviews and they were all bad, even recent ones and she did not want to stay there. There was even a recent review about roaches. She wanted a different hotel but when I called to cancel, they told me that I would loose my money because it was a non refundable room. I tried to explain that we were only canceling because of the bad reviews however, the hotel and booking.com were no help and I have been booking with booking.com for years. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. It was my wedding and I lost almost $300. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and booking.com showed me that they only care about the money and NOT the customer.

Negatives: When I first went to check in the manager didnt want to give me my room originally because the last name on my credit card is my maiden name and I told him that I had recently gotten married and changed my last name but it is in fact my credit card. He then looked at me like I was lying but then gave me my key cards. Upon going into the room I was hit with a stale and musky odor but I brushed it off thinking that the A/C was just off. I went to then put milk in the fridge and to be hit with a moldy smell and seeing the inside covered with mold and a trash from the previous tenant that had checked out the night before me I later found out. I checked the rest of the room and discovered that the microwave was broken as well as dirty and that the fridge had been unplugged and was also sitting on top of a rust covered pan. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, there was black smudge marks that made me believe were the beginnings of mold as well. There were cracks and sloppy upkeep and there was standing water in the bath tub. I brought up all of these concerns to the management to which he gave a dismissive response but wanted to see if I was telling the truth. The maintenance man assisted and seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to help in anyway possible. Upon showing my concerns in the room the manager said they would just replace the microwave and clean the fridge. I was not offered to switch rooms or even an apology from the management. The apology I did receive was from the maintenance man and a cleaning lady who came in to assist. The management just seems to brush off everything and be completely dismissive of the neglect that is going into the hotel. I dont understand how someone who is in charge of a hotel could let it go and not care at all

Negatives: As soon as I walked in all I smelled was marijuana. I initially checked in and went to my room to change. Before I changed I checked to make sure the window was locked and closed the curtains. When I returned I noticed the window in the room next to mine was open. After in my room I checked my window and it was unlocked, Im certain I locked it. Im a single woman and I honestly didnt feel safe. I ended up leaving and finding another place to stay.
