Positives: The bed was comfortable but the place was a mess! They havent upgraded and need to do so immediately!!

Negatives: UPGRADE!! The ac didnt work and was plugged into an extension corn, Im pretty sure this is illegal!? The bath and shower were dirty with bugs and other unknowns stuck to the wall. The ice maker, laundry and bathrooms by the breakfast area were of order. And the pool area was a disaster!!

Positives: Conveniently located at hwy 26. Was near the mall and places to eat.

Negatives: I really wish they had channel guides in the rooms. They really need to do some work in some areas of the hotel. Scary taking elevator to my 4th floor room. Made some funny noises. Praying it wouldn't break down while we were on it.

Positives: It was clean, the restaurant and bar food and the staff were nice.

Negatives: The man at the front desk refused to give me a wash cloth and town. It was me my God mom and my 2 kids. For some reason my God mother brings a wash cloth and towel from home when staying at hotels. But if she didnt I wouldnt have been able to wash my butt bc they only have us 3 wash cloths and towels originally. Ive never argued about a necessity like wash cloths and towels. I didnt have a room phone either to call to the front desk. The man who worked that night was rude and unempathetic.
