Didn't like someone opening the door without knocking. Chain on door is the only reason they didn't walk in. Someone had to have key card and went in another room by the time i went and checked. Wasn't cleaning crew they were on front of building.

They said I had 2 rooms booked that was not true my AC unit stopped working so I needed a place to stay out of the extreme heat the man checking me in was very rude I paid more for the one room than what was on my reservation some how my phone was hacked he said he didn't care about my phone getting hacked I couldn't go somewhere else because of having to pay for a cancellation fee I ask for clean towels the next day and I never received any at all wifi did not work and the remote didn't have any batteries

The bed was very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very helpful.

The terrain was very uneven, and I have bounced problems so it was difficult now the rooms on the first floor, which I needed because of my mobility or all full and more expensive what was available? Of course there was no breakfast. That was disappointing.
