Positives: This hotel is close to lots of shopping and restaurants of all kinds. The hotel staff was nice and nothing felt dirty. Very quiet. We didn’t hear anyone above either side.

Positives: Location was good as I came for the Tennessee VOLS football game and I knew Country Inn and Suites offered a shuttle to Neyland stadium. I've stayed here over 5x over the years. Breakfast was good, shuttle to the game is an excellent option, Location is perfect

Negatives: Last time I stayed I was in a remodeled area this time I was on the 2nd floor. Very old and outdated, the bed was clean but there were stains on the carpet, large stains on the curtains, bathroom vanity was kind of beat up a bit.

Positives: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Negatives: Some staff member left a lot to be desired with their version of good customer service. Some were nice however surprisingly replied “they were afraid of that” when I let them know I reserved our room through booking.com. The breakfast was lacking. The eggs were little circles that looked like something that just came out of the freezer. No fresh fruit. No bacon. It was disappointing.
