Positives: Great location, very clean

Negatives: We booked two queen rooms either two queen beds in each room. We got there to find the rooms had only one queen bed and a pullout (terrible). The hotel said it was as booking.com’s fault even though our booking confirmation clearly stated what we chose and expected. After arguing it was “the 3rd party booking rite’s error”, the manager condescendingly added on that’s why Hilton encourages guests to utilize their rewards program. Had I booked through the rewards program I wouldn’t have been “shorted”. So, with that, it became my fault.
