Negatives: It was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. No toilet paper in the bathroom and the floors looked like they had not been mopped or swept in days. The full kitchen is a lie due to no microwave in the room and had to ask for dishes.

Negatives: Seedy guests coming to my door and approaching me in my car. Definately drug use/activity going on. And the place was under construction. I could go on.

Negatives: Rooms could use a little love. Very commercial. Not too warming. I understand there were renovations happening. However the rooms could be a bit more welcoming and relaxing.

Negatives: The room was very dated, the carpet was dirty, the sheets were stained, the tub did not drain. My wife slept with her clothes on. And the room smelled like it had been smoked in. Oh, and there was only one towel for two of us.

Negatives: The hotel on the pictures appeared sound. Maybe it is the case that the renovated rooms are better, The exterior of the building is extremely dated and showing severe signs of wear and tear. The very small lobby/reception (which also doubles for the limited breakfast are) is only open between the hours of 7am to 11pm. Events, as I shall explain, outside those hours become the problems of the guests. The room itself was horrible. The furniture was dated and chipped. When I moved the mattress to check behind it, several creatures ran for cover behind the headboard. The floor below was filthy and had unidentified remnants on it. The mattress cover had fluff and old hairs sticking to it. The room door had a considerable gap at the bottom, allowing creatures to crawl in. This only stopped when I placed the ironing board across it! The kitchenette would have been useful if there were any utensils or cooking items, but there were none. The tops of the fridge, television, mirror and assorted pictures had a black film covering them. The lights too were covered in dust. Behind a chair was an exposed electrical point. At 12.25am, I was awoken by flashing lights outside. Emergency services had arrived and some sort of incident had occurred below. When I mentioned this to the staff in the morning, they had no idea what had taken place. Someone tried my door at 3.30am. By the morning, the bottom of my socks were black from the floor. I have stayed in many places in the US, but this is top 3 worst. I got out as soon as i could the following morning, refusing to stay any longer.
