Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Thursday, Nov 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, Nov 21st, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Nov 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Nov 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. Hot Coffee and Tea bags is available every morning from 6am to 9am. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment, cash is not accepted.
