Negatives: Frosted Flakes, Raisin Brand and waffles do not constitute a breakfast. You should set a higher level of qualification to be able to list something as Breakfast. Normally we should be able to expect eggs and other protein when breakfast is listed.

Positives: Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. All the needed appliances were there and in working order, including a good desk/workspace. We really enjoyed full room service and coming back to the room with empty trash cans and fresh towels. Sound insulation between rooms was good.

Negatives: The complimentary free breakfast was uninspired, but the waffles came out just right, with a crispy crust and soft center. Room lighting is always similar to what should be found in a cave, in spite of an abundance of lights in the room. Sound insulation from the room to the street/outdoors was poor.

Negatives: Breakfast was horrible. Room was filthy. Staff pushed cleaning cart around but never used anything from it. We watched. We went to store for cleaning supplies. When we wiped a cross the floor it was black. There wasn't any carpet. Thankful for that. We left 2 days early and was told that she would contact booking.com to give us a refund for those 2 days but that never happened. Disappointed that we were lied to.

Positives: We could get in out of the rain, and it was a good area close to everything.

Negatives: It had been raining in the area and the room was very damp! To the point that the floors were wet, I slipped and fell in bathroom that's how "damp" they called it.

Positives: We just stayed for the night to sleep and shower. Front desk was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. If you dont like a soft bed, you won't like it. I love a soft bed and it was extremely soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby.
