The property is conveniently located to downtown Knoxville, and the staff were phenomenal! We were able to check in an hour early with no hiccups, and the valet gentlemen were kind and quick. The bed was hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid in, and the rooms were extremely clean- we even had a direct view of the Sunsphere!
Negatives:
The only complaint is that the room was too hot and didn’t seem to cool down even with the fan on and set to 66°F. Will definitely bring my own fan next time!

My shower had a leak which I had to soap up every day with new towels told them, but it was never fixed. Maybe it was just the weekend or something, but I did slip and fall and hurt my hand. A little bit actually still hurts.
