Location, that’s all.
Negatives:
1. There were ice machines present, but nothing to put ice in (buckets).
2. No Elevator. I had to carry luggage up and down multiple stairs.
3. (The biggest issue) The hotel tried charging me for the reservation before I checked in, when I clearly chose the option to pay at check In. I called to dispute why they were attempting to charge my card early, and they replied stating that it because the hotel had sold out. Regardless if the hotel had sold out or not, that was not reason for you to try to charge me early and threaten to cancel my reservation if i didn’t update my card information.
