Negatives: In general it looks very dirty, the first room they gave us smelled of drainage even from the corridor, they moved us upstairs and the room didn’t smell bad but it was very dirty, full of dust the blankets had a dirty smell, the second day we arrived we entered the building and it was a tremendous smell of marijuana, it was really unpleasant I was going with my children. I don’t recommend staying here at all

Negatives: Multiple issues from the beginning. Upon check in there was no one at the service desk. After a 10 minute wait, and ringing the bell we had to call in order to get someone to see about checking in. When we finally got an answer we were told "sorry for the wait they were trying to fix a TV upstairs". Once we reached our room immediately upon arrival we were met with the smell of mildew and the room felt damp. Bed was not comfortable whatsoever and we woke up sore. Multiple things around the room weren't clean. The coffee area which we didn't use had old coffee spills on the tray, the hair dryer was also dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned. We also had towels with a questionable substance on them. Also the ironing board appeared to be mold stains. At one point during our stay, the lobby had a foul odor of fish or sewage and they had two fans running I'm assuming to alleviate the smell. While on the elevator another gust complained about his room having poor conditions as well.
