Negatives: Everything. The customer service was terrible!!! The room didn’t match the pictures at all. The pool wasn’t clean. Room service went back and forth with me and my wife. Everything was falling apart in the rooms, bugs everywhere, sheets/towels weren’t clean, overall it’s a bad hotel.

Positives: Location was perfect, right off the highway

Negatives: The room was terribly hot! The AC couldn’t get it cool. The headboard was actually warm to the touch! The bathroom was awful - the ceiling was peeling, there was no light fixture (only a bulb). Breakfast was the cheapest ever - white bread? No muffins? No hard boiled eggs? So cheap.
