Negatives: Very small room. Needed new toilet seat! No lid and old/worn out. No place to put things in bathroom- no counter space, only 1 tiny shelf I had to move their stuff from.

Negatives: Dusty when we checked into our room. Only one chair and that was broken. Broken drawer in dresser. Another drawer was jammed. Air conditioner was rattling & noisy. No hot breakfast at all, and it was take out only. Also, maid once walked in on us in early morning without first knocking to see if we were in.
