Positives: No breakfast. Just the location was on point because it was only a block away from the convention. Was told that the Hotel is up for Auction.

Negatives: Toilet running all the time. Door hard to open and close. No trash can in bathroom. Had to request one. Room was not up to par for the rate. It felt worst than a Motel. Need upgrades and new carpet. Hotel was totally aware of our Convention coming to their town for over 2 years

Positives: I enjoyed the time I spent there, and Rickey A. and Tiffany were the most helpful and attentive employees. They really make this establishment easy to return to. Kudos to Rickey A. and Tiffany!! Total gems.

Negatives: I didn't like how it took so long to receive fresh linens in the morning. There were never fresh wash clothes available until the afternoon. They may want to figure out a new way of doing laundry or order enough linens to go around.
