If you cancel your reservation after Nov 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: My first room didn't have a smoke detector in it. So I went to the front desk to mention it. Ms. De'Borah moved me to another room without incident. She made sure that my daughter and I were comfortable. She really made the experience so much better.

Negatives: The first room was dirty, the trash hadn't been emptied and the smoke detector was missing from the room.
