After Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Staff was professional and polite. Very prompt with requests and checkin was extremely easy.

Negatives: The bed mattress was completely worn out . I basically slept on the frame of the bed and mattress spring because the mattress was so worn out. Tv was very small. Everything else was great. Room was clean facility was clean

Positives: The staff was very considerate and polite to me and my husband. They went above and beyond. After they saw I was struggling to walk to get into the facility the staff immediately ran to me and offered me and my husband assistance. Even after shift change they informed the oncoming staff members that I was here to recover from surgery. They kept check on us, gave my husband directions, and recommendations on where to go to get whatever we needed. They didn't hassle us at checkout because we suppose to have left on the 27th. After my husband told them I was still in excruciating pain and I couldn't get up they immediately told him not too worry we could keep the room and just do another reservation.

Negatives: I paid for a queen size, handicap accessible room but ended up with a full size bed (that was totally uncomfortable for my husband)( somewhat to me) and on the 3rd floor. The doors closes pretty hard and the 1st night people were up rambling with all type of noise. We did have one light that didn't work. And definitely needs better mattresses and pillows.
