One of the comfiest hotel beds I've had.

Whether it was understaffing or whatever, it was tough to find anyone. Front desk was left unattended for an hour at a time. No one seemed to know where basic supplies were. I was on a tight schedule, but waited to grab something for breakfast... by 6 the person who sets it up still hadn't arrived. The room appeared clean, but the property needs to be sprayed (two roaches in the room). The room smelled smoke free, but the cigarette stench in the hall was strong.

The room was disgusting! When you opened the door it smelled like feet! Asked the front desk for air freshener & they looked at us like we were aliens! We had to keep it freezing in the room to help keep the smell at a minimum, it certainly didn’t cover it! The walls were filthy! The door to the fridge looked like it fallen down a set of stairs! The front desk staff talked on the phone to a co-worker the entire time she checked us in. The baseboards in the bathroom look like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. We didn’t even use the shower. We just washed up at the sink. If we hadn’t just drove 12 hours & my card hadn’t already been charged, I wouldn’t have stayed. We checked in at approximately 10pm & left at 6am! I’ve never had a hotel room be so disgusting!
