It was right at hospital where I was having surgery. That’s it, nothing more.

It took 40 minutes to check in because person didn’t know what he was doing I guess. No books, no phone book or any thing to see about eating close. 5 wine bottles left from last person.

Very Low quality motel-like stay...

Elevators were rotted inside. Bed sheets had hair all over them. Someone look like the wrote on them also .Hotel smelled like an ashtray. Hallways was hot like the air wasn’t working. Water from Bathroom sink faucet was leaking all over counter when you turned water on to use it.

The overnight front desk staff. I arrived and was charged twice. once by booking and once by front desk staff person. She did correct her mistake but will take 7-10 business days to process refund. Not ideal when on vacation.

Not much. At least it had WiFi so I could use my computer.

I selected the Deluxe Suite 398sqft with King Bed and paid for it in advance. The front desk took an additional $100 incidental fee, whereas, other Hamptons charged $50. I was directed to a small room with King Size bed. I asked why this wasn't the suite I paid for in advance. I was informed that none of the suites are clean and would not be cleaned in time to change rooms. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Upon checking in, I was informed that the pool was closed, and that there was no TV reception in any of the rooms. The Cantine was empty. The elavator floors were sticky. The AC/Heater fan made so much noise, we didn't get much sleep that night, and it would not shut off, even though I manually shut it off.

The location and shuttle to Memphis Baptist Hospital are very convenient and easily accessible.
Negatives:
There is no restaurant, no vending machines, not even a bottle of water available at the hotel. Signage says housekeeping is every other day. Didn't happen. On day 3 I had no towels, no shampoo, no in-room coffee. The front desk said I should have come down and told them to clean the room. They did give me a towel but not until I went back up to the room and brought down all the used towels.No apologies at all.
