Positives: We enjoyed the breakfast, coffee ran out fast but the staff stayed on it trying to keep it filled

Negatives: Staff not as friendly as we expected them to be, one girl was really Blount at check in and also you had our room by the employees storage on floor 3 and they kept going in & out slamming & bumping around loud outside our room, it woke us up out of our sleep it was so loud

Positives: We come back and forth to Memphis a lot for Business and this property is always our choice because of the location.

Negatives: We were only staying for 1 night but Our room this time was not as clean as usual. We noticed the tissue wasn’t refilled and the floor and couch was stained. They also were experiencing lack of entertainment options. (Direct TV subscription/lack of options)
