Positives: Nothing it's very outdated. Looks can be misleading. Valet parking is people is very lazy. Make you get your own vehicle and Park Car yourself.

Negatives: Housekeeping needs to be more cleaner with the room. We was move to another room, it still was no better but oh well. It needs a lot of repairs, very outdated from the Sheratons I have stayed at. It's not walking distance to Beale Street.
