The halls needed to be vacuumed. When we entered the hotel, the trash on the floor we were on was overflowing, with popcorn on the floor. The next time we walked by the trash had been taken out, but the popcorn was still on the floor.

The communication between Booking.com and the Hampton! We tried to cancel the second night and Booking.com said request was sent to hotel and hotel claims they didn’t get it. I submitted request 5 times. Never heard a thing. Will not use Booking.com again.
