Positives: We were greeted by friendly employees and the check in process was quick and easy. The area for check in was cozy with a fireplace going, coffee set up nearby and very clean. It definitely set the tone for a nice stay. Also, the coffee maker in the room was very clean which we truly appreciated! Many times the hotel coffee makers are nasty.
Negatives: We would have really liked a breakfast option at the hotel. The restaurant didn't open until 11 and there were very few options nearby. With no refrigerator or microwave, breakfast was difficult. The only other complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable, but it wouldn't deter us from staying again.

Positives: This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. It was super clean and comfy and even had a homey comfort feel. They let me check in early which was awesome! The people at the desk were very sweet and nice. TN people are the best. I'm from Kentucky and I'm super friendly and speak to everyone so these people were so nice. They are American owned which is a huge plus. I will definitely stay here again when I am going back to Georgia!!
Negatives: There isn't anything I didn't like other than having to leave. This place was amazing!

Positives: Loved the location. Easy access on the mountain top. And the authentic wooden lodge lobby was extra cozy with a fire burning in the giant stone fireplace. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, and recommended a wonderful Italian restaurant nearby for dinner. The view from my room in the morning was beautiful over the creek and cabins behind the lodge. Look forward to staying here again someday!
