Clean, comfortable and quiet.
Negatives:
If we didnt have our do not disturb off the door by 9am, our room wasnt cleaned. We spent 4 nights here and never had cleaning service. Each morning we had to go ask for towels. The final day, there wasnt anyone on the floor to get them from. The phone didnt work so it wasnt possible to call the desk. On the last evening our toilet was clogged. There was no one to help with that.

The room was very dirty just had a mildew smell in it I even found bobby pins in our bathroom when we arrived very unusual for Hampton in Inn to be dirtyWe stay away from the cheaper motels for for quality clean rooms and we didnt expect this from a Hampton Inn

We had a cracked window, glass was broken in multiple places and could hear the wind howl and being on first floor, should be a priority to fix
