Negatives:
The room was filthy. The moment you walk into it, you can tell the floors are dirty. The filth continues into the bathroom all the way to the sill on the window. There was no visible filth on the sheets or blankets but under those I could have ate a meal from all the crumbs. My husband requested to just leave it be as we were in town for a funeral and didn’t have any other options.

I didn't like that I had no communication whenever I told the staff I was messaging that I needed to change the dates. I never heard back and I didn't know what I needed to do. My boyfriend ended up having to go into work yesterday morning so we were no longer able to make the trip to Shelbyville (we live in Chattanooga). I wanted to reschedule for this weekend, Saturday and Sunday. I never heard anything back and now it seems like I've been entered into the system like we were there at the room and we never checked in nor drove to Shelbyville.

The breakfast choice was meager; I found only the Yogurt acceptable.
Negatives:
At check-in I was greeted by an unfriendly clerk. He (young man) asked for my driver’s license and when I asked him why he needed it (because I thought the registration had all the information necessary) he did not provide a response but looked at me with contempt. I am very uncomfortable with giving away sensitive - identity enabling - information; it is a security risk. If my spam or phishing or fraud attempts increase - I will know why. Also - the toilet in 418 is not secured to the floor and the tub water spout is not - very very poor installations.
