Really nothing.
Negatives:
The staff was unprofessional, they never came and cleaned room until after we checked out. There was no breakfast only cereal. One employee had to bring her baby to work in a stroller. I would never stay at that location ever again.
Positives:
The location BUT, We discovered blood on the sheets and trash under the bathroom sink after settling our luggage in the room. We were given another room on the 4th floor necessitating retrieving the luggage dolly from the lobby and loading and unloading again. The second room had hair on the pillow and in the sink. Also the privacy blinds would not shut and had to be held together with the trash can to keep the parking lot lights from shining in. The managers response was $20 off the rate. Being a retired hotel GM, my response would have been to comp the room, but to each his own idea of customer satisfaction. Will not return to this hotel. The location is very good and there is a Holiday Inn right next door that I would suggest if you need a room in the area.

Breakfast was good but location was in a bad spot, to close to the interstate we could here all the traffic when trying to sleep

Interstate roads to close we could here the traffic all nigh, kids running around hallways yelling n screaming n dogs barking throughout the night from other guests n the room stunk smelled like smoke real bad

The walls need more insulation !! At 12:30 there were 3 people talking. 1 man 2 women next to us. Then by 3:30 all I could hear from 1 man and 1 woman was screaming, moaning and laughing up until 5:30! 5 hours of disturbance from these people. Walking

The staff was very kind and tried to be helpful. Offered fresh cookies to late arriving guest.

First of all, I actually had made the reservation for the night before and had been coming off of a cold. I called the hotel direct to see if they could move us one night. The representative said that was no problem at all. I was thankful. We arrive and go up to our room. I had reservations for a king suite with bed and couch. The room had 2 queens. First of all I am a large man and always reserve a King bed. This was never said to me that they would move us and never mention that we didnt have same accommodation. Further the bathroom floor was dirty. There was literally 3 tissues total in the tissue box. There was only one packet of coffee, and the Tv didnt work. I called downstairs to get some assistance to get Tv on which required moving the dresser out away from the wall. All of this to me is completely unacceptable. This is nothing at all against your team of hard working employees. We most often stay at La Quinta but will consider other hotels in the future.
