Positives: The indoor pool/hot tub was nice for a soak. Woke up too late for breakfast.

Negatives: Confusion at 'Late Checkout'.. left me embarrassed when staff tried to enter my occupied room at 11:07am after they miscommunicated with each other that I actually requested a 12:30pm check out as I was resting from a long 13hr journey.. Inconvenient but not the end of the world.
