Econo Lodge White Pine Morristown I-81 & I-40 Split

Negatives: Holes in wall in bathroom. Stained showers. Fan in bathroom sounded horrible.

Negatives: Tub was unsafe, no mat or slip protection or handles. Fell and bruised hip first night. Was told by staff no traction/mats were available. We went out and purchased one. No shower curtain, so everything was soaked in the toilet area. Towels were stained or had hairs in them. On our reservation we'd requested an extra pillow for our toddler. There were 2 standard pillows on a king bed. No others available. We had to purchase our own.

Negatives: There was no traction or mat in the tub, I fell and bruised my hip the first night, which sucked for the rest of the trip. We went and bought a bath mat, as the staff said they couldn't provide anything to make the smooth floored tub safe. There also weren't any safety rails in it, or a shower curtain, so the whole tub/toilet area was soaked and slick post-showers, no mats there, either. The light was hit or miss if it would turn on. Two pillows for a king room, prior request for an extra for the kiddo. None available. We went out and bought more. Grossly stained towels and random long hairs among pillows and towels. It was just gross. We were only their to sleep and shower and used our own stuff. Would have been cheaper to have spent a few more dollars a night and booked a better place.

Negatives: I was on 2nd floor first night no remote tv went office then remote didn't work took back the lady said adjust tv still didn't work she finally came still no tv will get fixed next morning came in late still no tv no one looked at it then go to shower the cleaning lady took the shower curtain and didn't put back this is at 1030 and I am 75 and can't take bath and all they said next morning was sorry

Negatives: Pillows were terrible. My bath towel hard black marks. The bright security light came thru the door space. 2 inch floor to door open.

Negatives: There was a hole in the shower.Their was brown stuff on the bath cloth that was hanging for me to use.Their was a wrapper from the previous guest that had stayed in the room.Their was two big stains on the top cover for the bed.Their was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee with it.Went to the office and told them about it and they looked at me like I was crazy.The lady at the desk looked at the guy standing there and then she stopped outside and brought me two packs of coffee.Then in the morning for breakfast the coffee ran out an told the lady at the desk and she looked a n said no more coffee. I'll not be back

Negatives: Room had an odor. Cigarette holes in comforter. Only 2 towels provided. Fridge actually froze what we put into it overnight. They were out of coffee in the breakfast area.

Negatives: What a dump. Room smelled like smoke. Parking lot is ridiculous. Locks missing on the door, bugs in the room. And best part? I couldn’t get out of my room… the door is broken and I have to call the front desk to get me out! Good thing there wasn’t a fire from all the methheads that live in this dump! Had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to open the door, just for him to walk away and ignore me. Not even an apology. What a dump.
