Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Decent breakfast. I saw evidence that sheets were changed after every guest.

The first room smelled strongly of smoke. The attendant happily moved us to new room. The cost however was way too much for such an old run down hotel. The next night I stayed in Tulahoma in a very nice holiday inn express for the same price.

Super friendly staff, and very well cleaned rooms!
Negatives:
Some minor things missed in updating/renovating cracked trim just painted over, wallpaper rough cut around old signs and switch plates in bathroom also starting to peel off on edges. But those being the only things really noticeable I think they are doing a pretty good job.
