The staff did not want to help us. The overcharged us for the two rooms we had. Did not do any housekeeping to our rooms. We had to buy our own toilet paper and extra towels. We took out our own trash. We were there for 4 days. They charge for parking. When we addressed the staff about the overcharges, they gave us the run around, talking around what we were asking. The hotel experience was horrible.

This is an extended stay and they compel residential guests to write fake reviews to drive up their score. Don’t be fooled. It’s a horrible, filthy place.
Negatives:
This hotel was absolutely filthy. There was mold in the shower, the door to the bathroom must’ve had some kind of water damage to it, because it didn’t close every all the way, and every time you tried pieces of the particleboard on the bottom of the door would chip off onto the floor. The entire room smelled very strongly of weed. There were vomit or urine stains on the mattress of the pullout sofa. There was no bedding for the pullout couch and When requested they could not provide a full set of bedding only a blanket and a top sheet. They did not have enough towels. Housekeeping came into our room daily and moved one or two items, but never cleaned or restocked anything. For example, they came in and removed dirty towels, but didn’t place new ones. Another day, they came in and moved the trashcan. Beds were never made, and nothing was ever cleaned. The bathroom was completely inaccessible from the living room. So the guest who was sleeping on the couch pull out bed had to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom. All of the dishes in the kitchen area were dirty and had to be re-washed. This was completely not to the standard that we have seen at other Hyatt. Prepaid reservation that was not eligible for cancellation. Tried unsuccessfully to refuse room. Booking.com gave me a credit for part of the money bc the property will not respond now that we’re back home.
