The Dallas Market Center, the Dallas Zoo and American Airlines Center are all only minutes away. Six Flags Over Texas is about 30 minutes from the hotel. Addison is a beautiful, upscale community and the home of many corporate headquarters. Seasonal events like the North Texas Jazz Festival, Kaboom Town (held on July 3), Oktoberfest and the State Fair of Texas all take place nearby. Entertainment options and weekend sports events abound in the area. Guests will enjoy the numerous restaurants that are close to the hotel. NOTHING, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

This place was absolutely HORRID, husband left within 45 minutes of checking in. There are all sorts of odd character roaming the halls, and security? Forget it, that they leave the doors propped open for smokers going in and out, so anyone can come in and staff doesn’t seem to care what goes on within the hotel. The entire 3rd floor smelled super strong of weed. The elevator paneling is falling apart and glued in places. The room was gross. Dried Something or other all over the chairs and couches, and the wall behind the bigger couch. The couch in general was trashed. Cushions completely disconformed, stains everywhere, and smelled so bad. They didn’t even bother putting the cushions on the correct way. A whole clump of hair hanging off the couch still and stuff dried on the carpet but the room is “clean”. Random screws holding stuff together and gnats in the bathroom. My husband was to scared to even pull the blanket back on the bed of what he might find. The real kicker, we booked because he drives a cargo van for a living and he need to do laundry. Go figure that listed amenity doesn’t exist because it doesn’t work, and apparently they don’t intend to fix it. My husband said he would come back down to check out than, the guy tried telling him he wasn’t going to leave. When he came back down and staff wouldn’t give him any paperwork on check out or give him a refund, and got super rude with him. Still fighting to get a refund because they refuse to communicate with booking.com or refund the money directly to us. So $72 for a 45 minute tour of the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

Paid for a NON SMOKING room, after 2hrs in the entire room smelled like an ashtray. Called the front and the guy asked me where it was coming from. I reeked of cigarette smoke so bad, I checked out earlier than I expected. The room itself needs major remodeling. I will never stay here again. From the couch that looked like it was pulled from the corner garage, to the closest that wouldn't close, this room was the worst.

I liked how spacious the room was and that it had a wall / door between the bed and the sofa.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the first room I went in wasn't cleaned and there was unidentifiable spots on the lamp and the bathroom wall. Even when I was given another room, I was skeptical.
