Negatives: The room was not clean and infested with roaches. Have to Canceled reservation after checking in because the room was infested with roaches. The room given did not look clean like the pictures shown online.

Negatives: Room was on the first floor for my first night. You can hear everything upstairs, outside, next door. The restaurant next door partied until about 5am and I could hear the thumping in my room like I was in the restaurant. Floor was left with slick, gooey, I could only imagine cleaning chemical. You can see the reflection of the chemical on the floor in the picture. Found blood and poo on my toilet seat. Smoke detector was hanging off the wall as seen in the picture. Although a smoke free room, the room had a scent of cigarette smoke that I can only image came from the A/C sucking up smoke from outside. Besides not being able to sleep because of the restaurant until around 5:30am, around 7am the people upstairs woke up and it sounded like they had 5 kids who all woke up high on caffeine running and stomping and dropping things. I requested to have my room changed and they kindly did so. The only complaint about that room was that the wall attachments such as towel rods and the hair dryer mount all seemed to be coming off the wall. Should be repaired. Also, someone left the refrigerator open so the unit froze.

Negatives: the signs posted every several feet (3 different kinds) warning about property theft and absolving the hoteliers of responsibility. there were quite a few, as if to say, ' we warned you not to stay here'

Negatives: We wish there would have been a continental breakfast.

Negatives: I requested a ground floor for my sister and a mobility assistqnce but this was not granted

Negatives: The mattress was not as comfortable as we anticipated.

Negatives: It needs to be better cleaned and some of the items in there should be replaced. My coer had a hole in it, the chair was stained and the rolling chair was ripped as well. The shower was iffy but when that's the only option you have there is nothing you can do but hope for the best. The sheets kind of smell, the place was not that cheap but not that expensive i guess you get what you pay for.
