Positives:
Nice facility, easy access to self covered parking. Room felt like it was for a taller person. I am 5’2”. I could not come close to adjusting shower head. The makeup mirror was too high for me to use. I actually struggled to climb into tall bed.
Negatives:
The concierge sent us to a restaurant that had a minimal happy hour menu available. We specifically requested a restaurant with full menu. He knew when we were going and should never have recommended it. We were told places were an easy 10 minute walk. Took us 30 minutes without stopping. Worst concierge I’ve seen in a long time. Large conference there, so elevator stopped at multiple flors every time.

Advance (surprise) warning of the water being turned off at midnight. I'm glad I didn't have an early morning meeting or would have been furious. $35 fee was a total rip-off and is enough to prevent a return visit. You people must think we're all suckers!
