Positives:
The room was very nice and quite large. The TV worked great and offered a lot of stations. You never had to wait long for the elevator. The hotel was conveniently located to everything in downtown Austin. It was easy for our Uber drivers to get to.
Negatives:
My only complaint was that breakfast wasn't very diverse or high quality. It was good and tasted fine. Howeverm there wasn't a lot to choose from and it didn't change on a regular basis. So, staying for multiple days, the food choices for breakfast got quite boring and we went elsewhere for breakfast for two mornings.

My room was NEVER cleaned despite a 4 nite stay and assurances by front desk that it would be. Housekeeping was on my floor two different days near my room and do not disturb NOT on door from before noon ALL DAY and it still didn't happen. Also snacks not replenished daily as promised.

Great location. Rooms were large and staff were friendly.

Our room didn’t lock initially, when we spoke with staff they immediately sent someone to fix it and ended upgrading us to a bigger room.
