The hotel staff was friendly and the whole hotel was spotless. The Starbucks inside the hotel is rather convenient.
Negatives:
The hotel needs updating, as it appears gray and uninviting. Before our arrival, we were unaware that the gym was undergoing maintenance, which made it quite inconvenient. The hotel restaurants seemed empty, so we decided to dine elsewhere. We also experienced an issue with our toilet and had to call maintenance to fix it.
