We arrived a little after 2pm and even though our rooms were clean and ready, they did not allow us to check in unless we paid an early check in fee. We feel that is ridiculous.

We showed up 30 minutes before checkin time because we had a tour and gentleman at front desk said it was $25 extra. We asked if our room was ready that we just wanted to drop off our luggage and my husband had a Hilton honors reward card and he said our room was ready it we couldn’t leave our luggage inside. Pretty bad service

Front desk personnel. When we came back at 10pm from our tour the girl started charging us again u til we showed her we had already paid. She was a little confused but then gave us our keys

Angelica was super nice at the reception. check in was very quick. The hotel is Extremely clean. Very quiet and the breakfast was so delicious. We stayed one night but definitely will come back again.

I loved everything about this property. The suits were just perfect! Tiny kitchen with all the utensils was just great! The pool was just perfect for a late afternoon swim. Loved everything about our stay.
