Negatives: We arrived after 8pm and could enter the building. I waived at the man behind the counter and he ignored me. I called the intercom and no answered. I could see the employee behind the counter. Finally a guest left opening the doors and we entered and walked to the counter to check in. Employee acted like he never saw us, disappointed
