Negatives:
I had gone to the laundry to do some wash, and on returning to my room, mt cards did not work to open my door. I could not get house keeper to open the door and I had to leave my clothes outside the door. I tried to use the elevator and it wouldn’t go to the ground floor. I used the stairs to get to thr ground floor, having to walk outside and return through the main entrance. There were two employees at the front desk, both trying to help the gentleman who was ahead of me, and when the problem was solved, one was left to work with the gentleman because the other employee, I was informed, was the general manager. I finally went around to his door to ask for help, and he started yelling at me that I didn’t belong back there, and that if I didn’t leave his area, he would ask me to leave. He then proceeded back to his office.
The upshot is that I am handicapped, and climbing down the last flight of stairs was difficult. If this person is new, he needs to have retraining in customer service. I am a regular customer, here approximately every two weeks. I may have to rethink any further stays.

We stayed in #119. The beds were super comfortable and room was very clean. Love the Dove shower products, too.
Negatives:
The location of our room was near the public restroom and the back hall exiting the building, so it was kinda noisy. They were doing some construction midmorning of our departure, too. There were no valet carts available to carry our belongings in & out.
